Two separate divisions have been created by First American Title Insurance Company to enable lenders to order title services through one office area wide, thus providing one point of customer contact.

This service is used by numerous lenders and loan brokers through out the United States when desiring to place title orders in Idaho or surrounding states. Like Lenders Advantage, it offers one point of customer contact, but is unique to Idaho.
