Contrary to what you may have heard, not all Escrow Company rates are the same.
First American is pleased to announce our new escrow rate is $3.50 per thousand. *No additional base rate!* Our minimum escrow fee will stay at $100. Our minimum negotiable rate of $680 has not changed.
Our new rates will be in effect on any transaction closing on or after April 19, 2010.
